Amanda Poirier
Amanda, owner of Custom Cookie Creation, is a baker, a mom, a wife, and a dog lover. She has been perfecting her baking skills for 15+ years. She recently made the decision, along with her husband, Austin, to live out her dream of being a stay-at-home mom and full-time baker. None of this would be possible without the support of her loving husband, family, and friends.
Custom Cookie Creation was first introduced in March of 2017. We provide many different custom options including, but not limited to cupcakes, cookies, cakes, cheesecakes, pies and chocolate covered desserts.
Custom Cookie Creation also has the ability of putting together large and intricate dessert tables for many events including weddings, baby/wedding showers, birthday parties, luncheons, and corporate parties. It is our priority to make your dream dessert buffets a reality.

Experience
Amanda has been in the kitchen since she was a child. Her love for baking and cooking began in the kitchen with her mom, Mary. Mary often assists Amanda with large orders.
Amanda has been making baked goods for family and friends for 15+ years. She decided to officially launch her business in March 2017, while still employed full-time in Corporate America.
With the support of her husband, Amanda has been able to leave the corporate world and focus on creating edible works of art for many different occasions, full-time.
